Delegates from the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) and the Agency Against Corruption (AAC) attended the 10th APEC Network of Anti-Corruption Authorities and Law Enforcement Agencies(ACT-NET), and the 36th APEC Anti-Corruption and Transparency Experts Working Group (ACTWG) Meetings in Palm Springs, California, the United States, from 14th to 17h of February, 2023.

AAC Deputy Director-General Feng-Liang SHEN led the delegation, MOJ Head Prosecutor Yen-Chun LIN,MOJ Prosecutor Pei-Ju WANG, AAC Deputy Director Shu-Chi HUANG and AAC Officer Ju-Hsuan LIN to attend the 10th APEC Network of Anti-Corruption Authorities and Law Enforcement Agencies(ACT-NET, and the 36th APEC Anti-Corruption and Transparency Experts Working Group (ACTWG) Meetings in Palm Springs, California, the United States. During the meeting, AAC presented the latest progress on implementing the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC) and other initiatives related to anti-corruption and transparency. In addition, the MOJ and the AAC exchanged the experiences of anti-corruption and law enforcement with other economies through breakout sessions and workshop.
