The Agency and the Ciaotou District Prosecutors Office jointly investigated Director-General Wu X of the Southern Branch Urban Infrastructure Construction, National Land Management Agency, Ministry of the Interior, and others for accepting bribes of NT$1 million from Y company by taking advantage of the "Planning, design and supervision of the new construction of Road 3-8 in Donggang Township, Pingtung County" project and other cases.

After the investigation was concluded, the prosecutor indicted Wu X and others for suspicion of accepting a bribe for an official act under the Anti-Corruption Act.
