The Agency and Taiwan Hsinchu District Prosecutors Office jointly investigated Hsu X's alleged crime of taking advantage of the authority to select the Cleaning Squad's temporary worker and requested NT$500,000 from Huang X through Hsu X as consideration for providing his son this position. When handling the medical mask procurement project, he also instructed Chief Secretary Liu X and Section Chief Hsu X to give the Company X high scores during the procurement evaluation phase, so the Company X could obtain priority bargaining qualifications and win bids.

The prosecutor concluded the investigation and found that Hsu X and the others had been involved in the alleged offense against the Anti-Corruption Act and prosecuted them for crimes such as accepting bribes in breach of their duties.
