For the unification of legal interpretation and facilitation of civil service ethics officers in performing their duties of anti-corruption, this section provides information on the interpretation of “Official Secrets”, “Ethics Guidelines for Civil Servants”, “Act on Recusal of Public Servants Due to Conflicts of Interest”, and “Act on Property-Declaration by Public Servants” for the reference of the civil service ethics officers and the public.
