On June 20, 2022, the Taichung City Government held the Green Energy Industry Symposium on "Integrity for Regeneration and Sustainability" and the launching ceremony of the "Integrity Service Platform for Enterprises". Director-General Zhuang Rong-song of Agency Against Corruption (AAC) and Deputy Mayor Chen Tzu-ching of Taichung City both delivered their respective opening speeches. In his speech, Director-General Zhuang indicated that, in recent years, AAC has assisted various agencies in establishing the "Government Procurement Integrity Platform" for major national construction and procurement projects, which has been widely recognized. Therefore, by taking to the reference of the successful experience of the operation of the Platform mentioned above, AAC will promote the "Integrity Service Platform for Enterprises" to expand the service coverage for the corporates and enterprises, and integrate the spirit of openness, transparency and participation of society to achieve the goals of simplifying administration and facilitating the general public, business ethics in private sectors, public-private cooperation and sustainable development.

The three special keynote speeches "On Improvement of Administrative Efficiency of Public Sectors from the Perspectives of Profit-seeking and Convenience for General Public: Strengthening Public Service and Implementing Corporate Governance in the Private Sectors", "Green Energy Industry Development and Challenges" and "Assistance in the Development of Green Energy Policies to Combat Behaviors Hindering Green Energy Industry" were arranged to provide in-depth exchanges and discussions with green energy industry companies and related public servants, in which a network for Integrity Service Platform for Enterprises to promote cooperation between public and private sectors was established, which would improve administrative efficiency and promote business ethics in private sectors.
