2018 Integrity and Competence Seminar held in Taipei and Taichung for Government Ethics Officers in Supporting Role

In order to strengthen the capacity of the Government Ethics Officers in professional knowledge in anti-corruption work, AAC held training courses on July 2nd and 20th separately in Taipei (CPC Corporation Building) and Taichung city government. In addition to assign its personnel to give lectures on the topics ofIntegrity Policy and Ethics Code” , “Guidelines for Civil Servants in Confidentiality”, as the local public officials election is approaching in the end of this year, AAC also invited prosecutor from Taiwan Taichung District Prosecutors Office to promote anti-bribery, so as to reinforce the ethics officers’ knowledge about the measures that shall be implemented to combat bribery. After the lectures, Deputy Director-General and Chief Secretary of AAC held the symposium for sharing and exchange with a view to fortify both anti-corruption and corruption prevention for improvement of the performance in anti-corruption work.
