To continue implementing anti-corruption education work advocated by the United Nations Convention against Corruption, and to foster the general public’s understanding of the tireless efforts by the Agency Against Corruption, Ministry of Justice (AAC) to promote the deepening of integrity education, as well as continuing the effectiveness of promoting integrity education in schools in recent years, the AAC, in cooperation with the Civil Service Ethics Office of the New Taipei City Government and 11 other government agencies throughout the nation in charge of government ethics affairs, jointly held the "10x10 Integrity Academy - Integrity Education Observation and Exchange Achievements Exhibition" on January 17 and 18, 2022 in Air Force Sanchong First Military Village, New Taipei City. The exhibition will focus on achievements exhibitions, experience exchanges and learning experiences, showcasing the fruitful achievements of representative successes by government ethics agencies in promoting integrity education on campuses, and sharing the experience of promoting integrity education through mutual exchange among various governmental ethics agencies nationwide.

The event was opened by AAC Director-General Cheng Ming-Chian and Hou Yu-Ih, Mayor of New Taipei City. In his opening address, Cheng pointed out that the AAC has been actively promoting integrity education related activities and developing various digital teaching materials in recent years. The exhibition is a joint effort of the AAC, New Taipei City, and 11 other government ethics agencies to showcase their distinctive characteristics and achievements in promoting integrity education and a milestone marking the culmination of 10 years of work by the AAC in promoting integrity education. It is also hoped that the government ethics agencies will serve as benchmarks for mutual learning, stimulate more innovative ideas, and demonstrate the AAC's determination to continue to deepen efforts on campus and in the field of integrity education.

Mayor Hou noted that New Taipei City has made efforts through the years to develop integrity education stories and educational materials and training storytelling volunteers over the years, with more than 250,000 youngsters benefiting so far. He also thanked the AAC for developing original integrity education stories based in New Taipei City, which has received positive reviews from many students, teachers and parents. He hopes that the positive impact of the integrity education stories will continue to expand in the future.

This exhibition is the first attempt to combine a real escape game, which was conceived and designed by colleagues from the New Taipei City Government, using Sanchong First Military Village as the field. The puzzles are cleverly integrated with the exhibits of each participating unit. Colleagues from government ethics agencies and units around the nation are invited to experience the game, so that the infinite creativity and possibilities can inspire them in promoting integrity education.

The AAC will continue to implement the United Nations Convention Against Corruption's emphasis on education that roots anti-corruption awareness at an early age, while breaking geographical and spatial constraints to deepen and popularize integrity education and integrate cross-domain resources to jointly build a home for integrity and honesty.
