The Agency and the Taiwan Miaoli District Prosecutors Office jointly investigated Head Wen X of Sanwan Township, Miaoli County, for illegally accepting a total of NT$12.89 million in bribes from Company X as consideration for bidding of the office building reconstruction project, the photoelectric system land lease project, and numerous other public constructions in Sanwan Township.

    The prosecutor concluded the investigation and found that Wen X was involved in the alleged offense against the Anti-Corruption Act and prosecuted him for crimes such as accepting bribes in breach of duty.
