The investigation of Tsai XX and Li XX, separately the major and former major of Linlou Township Office, Pingtung County Government, for the alleged violation of the Anti-corruption Act by taking bribes under cover of legal authority. The case was investigated and prosecuted by the DA of the Pingtung District Prosecutors Office.
