The investigation of the 3 defendants, including Jian XX, the branch head of the forth Emergency and Rescue Corps of the Fire Bureau, Taichung City Government, for the alleged acquisition of property through fraudulent means abusing their legal authority. The case was investigated and prosecuted by the prosecutor of Taichung District Prosecutors Office.
