The investigation of 3 defendants, Chen XX, Huang XX and Guo XX, for the alleged offering bribes to the coast guard personnel in Taitung region to smuggle illegal tobacco. The defendants were convicted by the Taiwan High Court Hualien Branch Court and the case was investigated by the prosecutor of the Taitung District Prosecutors Office and the prosecution was deferred.
