Delegates from the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) and the Agency Against Corruption (AAC) attended 12th APEC Network of Anti-Corruption Authorities and Law Enforcement Agencies (ACT-NET), and the 40th APEC Anti-Corruption and Transparency Experts Working Group (ACTWG) Meetings in Gyeongju, Korea, from 25th to 28the February, 2024.

Deputy Director-General Han-Chiang Lin of the AAC, MOJ, leading the delegation, along with Head Prosecutor Ching-Hsun Chang of Department of Prosecutorial Affairs, MOJ, Prosecutor Wen-Chun Chen of Department of International and Cross-Strait Legal Affairs, MOJ, Senior Specialist Li-Chieh Sun, Agent Chen-Hsin Kuo and Officer Yi-Ting Liang of Planning Division, AAC, attended the 12th Network of Anti-Corruption Authorities and Law Enforcement Agencies (ACT-NET) meeting, the 40th APEC Anti-Corruption and Transparency Experts Working Group (ACTWG) meeting, and the Workshop on ACT-NET “Publicly Accessible Websites And Databases.” During the meetings, the AAC reported the latest progress and development on the implementation of the United Nations Convention against Corruption, aiming to align with international anti-corruption trends through concrete actions.
