Public Prosecutor Mr. Florian Kratzer, the Office of the Public Prosecutor General in Bamberg – Bavarian Central Office for the Prosecution of Cybercrime and Public Prosecutor Mr. Moritz Schuderer, the Bamberg Public Prosecutor’s Office accompanied by Head Prosecutor Ms. Lin Yan-Jun and Prosecutorial Officer Ms. Hsu Chia-Hsun, Taiwan Taipei District Prosecutor’s Office visited Agency Against Corruption (AAC) on March 20th, 2026. Our staff gave them a tour of AAC’s exhibition center and interrogation facilities with thorough introduction about “unified chain-of-command management system”, “Government Procurement Integrity Platform”, “Corruption Prevention, Investigation and Further Prevention” and the coordination between resident prosecutors, agency officers and ethics units. After the tour, a comprehensive and fruitful discussion was led by the Chief Secretary Mr. Sun Chih-Yuan. This exchange deepened Taiwan–Germany mutual understanding in integrity and judicial affairs, and laid a strong foundation for future cross-border anti-corruption cooperation.
