On August 13, 2011, Chou Chih-jung, Director General of the Agency Against Corruption, participated in Taoyuan County Government’s R.O.C Centenary Festival in Taoyuan. Director General Chou and Taoyuan County Mayor Wu Chih-yang, along with guests in attendance, pledged to build a clean government and a uncorrupt homeland.
