Integrity is a worldwide value. The Transparency International proposed to build a national integrity system, believing that a country's pursuit of the rule of law, quality of life and sustainable development requires substantial support from the national integrity system. The integrity system needs many supports, including administrative agency, legislative body, political parties, electoral commissions, general audit office, judicial, civil service, law enforcement, public procurement, special envoys for supervision, anti-corruption agencies, media, civil society, private enterprises, local governments and international organizations. Corruption has no borders and no longer confines itself to government departments. It is urgent for the private sector and society to participate in promoting clean government. In addition, at the 18th International Anti-Corruption Conference held by Transparency International in Copenhagen, Denmark, participants agreed that everyone must have a strong determination to fight corruption. Corruption erodes the good values of society and undermines clean, integrity and trust. We need stronger institutions and create, preserve or build mutual trust within these institutions. Therefore, since the establishment of the AAC, a number of promotional films have been filmed, including Ethics Guidelines for Civil Servants, corporate integrity, anti-corruption volunteers, and the protection of clean homelands. Through various channels, the AAC has strengthened its propaganda in the hope of arousing civic awareness and creating a clean society with zero tolerance for corruption.

In order to keep in line with the international anti-corruption trend and take into account the integrity and ethical norms of the public and private sectors, the AAC launched the micro-film "Memories of green onion bread" in 2019. In the song of Love Not to be Swayed, ordinary father-son interaction is used to convey the value of integrity.  In the short film, the father began to teach his son the importance of honesty through teaching and being role model when he was young. When his son grew up, he could remember his father's teachings and make honest and correct choices despite many difficulties and temptations in life. In the short film, the son works in the private sector, which emphasizes that the private sector is also an important portion of the national integrity system. This film develops, and discarding any rigid of propaganda, lays out the importance of honesty education with stories, enhances the acceptance of the audience, and expects this short film, which is made up of emotions, to appeal to the hearts of young people in recent years, to move on and take action, and to internalize the value of honesty and integrity as an important element of this society.
