On April 19, 2023, the Tsai Pi-Chung, Deputy Minister of Justice, invited representatives from the Judicial Yuan, the Examination Yuan, the Control Yuan, and the Executive Yuan to an inter-ministerial meeting to jointly confirm the responses to the concluding observations and recommendations of the 2nd National Report on the Implementation of the UNCAC, including the expected implementation measures, performance targets, and the scheduled completion date, as well as the subsequent inclusion of measures as part of the National Integrity Building Action Plan, and to complete the draft amendments to the National Integrity Building Action Plan. The meeting resolved to include the concluding observations and recommendations on the implementation measures listed in the Action Plan, and the lead agencies and co-agencies will implement them accordingly, to respond to the expectations of the International Review Committee on implementing the UNCAC in Taiwan through concrete actions.
