Delegates from the Ministry of Justice and Agency Against Corruption attended the APEC workshop on “Technology for Transparency: Digital Disruption to Corruption” from the 14th to 15th of February, the 34th APEC Anti-Corruption and Transparency Experts Working Group (ACTWG) and the Network of Anti-Corruption Authorities and Law Enforcement Agencies (ACT-NET) meetings that took place respectively on the 17th and 18th of the same month, 2022, all held in virtual format.

Chief Prosecutor Lin Yen-Chun, Prosecutors Huang, Hui-Hsin and Wang, Pei-Ju from the Ministry of Justice and our staff from Planning Division and Malpractices Investigation Division attended the APEC workshop on “Technology for Transparency: Digital Disruption to Corruption” from 14th to 15th of February, the 34th APEC Anti-Corruption and Transparency Experts Working Group (ACTWG) and the Network of Anti-Corruption Authorities and Law Enforcement Agencies (ACT-NET) meetings that took place respectively on 17th and 18th of the same month, 2022, all held in virtual format.

AAC reported on the progress and results on implementing the United Nations Convention against Corruption, and also, invited by Host Economy Thailand, introduced our “Integrity Awards” mechanism, sharing how police units in our country apply digital technology to their duties to elevate transparency and effectively reduce risks of corruption.
